MOSCOW The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has announced that 140 persons suspected of involvement with extremist Islamic groups had been detained. The raid came after Russian and U.S. presidents, Vladimir Putin and Barack Obama, agreed to increase cooperation between the two countries' special security services.
