OSLO Jose Manuel Barroso, Herman Van Rompuy, and Martin Schulz, on behalf of the EU, on Monday in Oslo, Norway, accepted the Nobel Peace Prize. Presidents of the European Commission, the European Council and the European Parliament were joined by leaders of most countries of the Union during the ceremony.
