Former Czech President Vaclav Havel’s funeral is underway in Prague. Numerous European and world leaders are attending the ceremony. Serbian officials don't attend Havel funeral Around 50 delegations from around the world are attending the funeral, including former and current officials. British Prime Minister David Cameron, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her husband, former U.S. president, Bill are all present at the St. Vitus Cathedral. Serbian Ambassador to Czech Republic Maja Mitrovic is attending the funeral on behalf of Serbia. Polish Independent Self-governing Labor Union "Solidarity" leader Lech Walesa, Slovak, Austrian, German, Hungarian, Georgian and Baltic countries’ presidents are attending the funeral, along with European Parliament President Jerzy Buzek and European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso. Croat President Ivo Josipovic, Montenegrin President Filip Vujanovic, Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov, Kosovo President Atifete Jahjaga, former Slovenian and Croat Presidents Milan Kucan and Stipe Mesic are also attending Havel's funeral. Bosnia-Herzegovina and Serbia did not sent their delegations to Prague. Russian, Belarusian and Azerbaijani officials also did not come to the funeral. A letter sent by Pope Benedict XVI to Czech President Vaclav Klaus will be read in the beginning of the funeral and church bells across the country will toll for three minutes. According to announcements, Czech Foreign Minister Karel Schwarzenberg and former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright will give eulogies.
