Several migrants with visible injuries on Thursday turned to Info Park volunteers in Belgrade for help.

Migrants claim they were "beaten - and bitten" by police

According to the migrants, border police officers from these two countries used dogs against them - but were also themselves "biting and beating" the migrants.

These claims have been made by a group of migrants from about a hundred people who are currently staying near Belgrade's main bus station.

This is taking place only a day after it was reported that Hungary plans to send back 17,000 migrants to Serbia.

The migrants now in Belgrade told B92 they were desperate, and had no recourse to complain about the treatment by the police.
