Serbia will insist on the formation of a community of Serb municipalities (ZSO) in Kosovo "so that Serb children are safe," says Aleksandar Vucic.

PM tells kids from Kosovo "Belgrade is their capital"

They are visiting the Serbian capital city as part of a campaign dubbed, "Belgrade to Serb Children."

Vucic told the children that Belgrade is their capital and that Serbia is "doing everything so their childhood would be safe."

"Belgrade is your capital, let nobody teach you wrongly," he said, and added that he was "aware of how difficult the lives of Serb children in Kosovo are."

The children told the prime minister that while touring Belgrade, they liked "the Zoo, and St. Sava's Temple," and then clamored to be allowed to visit the home stadiums of Red Star and Partizan football clubs.

Vucic reacted to this by saying that "their wish must be fulfilled," and "ordered" that managements of both clubs be informed the children would be visiting. He then "made a telephone call himself to make it possible," reported Tanjug.
