BELGRADE Belgraders who wish to purchase alcohol after 22:00 hours are in luck, as the Constitutional Court of Serbia on Thursday ruled a city ban "unconstitutional". The city authorities in Serbia's capital introduced the measure in the spring of 2011, threatening to fine those stores that sold alcoholic beverages after 22:00 hours.
