In the first week of February, a new record donation by Milan Popovic allowed the purchase of another ten modern Caleo incubators for prematurely born babies. Popovic’s latest donation amounts to EUR 121.973 and this is his second donation, as he has already donated funds for the purchase of 11 incubators for the most vulnerable babies. New record donation for baby incubators According to the donor’s wish, ten new incubators will be delivered to Clinical Center of Vojvodina, Gynecologic and Obstetric Clinic, Dr Vukan Cupic Institute for Mother and Child, Narodni Front Gynecologic and Obstetric Clinic, Clinical Center of Serbia’s Gynecologic and Obstetric Clinic, University Children’s Clinic and Vrsac General Hospital. “Mr. Popovic gives an invaluable contribution to the battle for the lives of the prematurely born babies. The effect of his personal engagement has exceeded the amount of money he donated and presents the brightest example of socially responsible attitude. I would like to use this occasion to sincerely express my gratitude on behalf of all people that live for such moments, and to promise that we will not give up fighting for our youngest heroes until we manage to provide the best possible conditions for the victory in this valuable battle for babies’ lives,” B92 Fund President Veran Matic has stated. Eleven incubators purchased with the funds donated by Popovic were delivered in November and December to the Institute for Child and Youth Health Care of Vojvodina in Novi Sad and to general hospitals in Pancevo, Vrsac, Vrbas, Sombor, Zrenjanin, Senta and Kikinda, as well as to the Clinical Centre of Kragujevac, the Institute for Neonatology and University Children’s Clinic in Belgrade.
