Roma non-governmental organizations and parties in Serbia have organized a walk through Belgrade protesting the deportation of Roma people from France. The protest walk will start at 14:00 CET from the Pioneer Park, pass the French embassy in Belgrade, and end in front of the EU headquarters in New Belgrade. Rally in support of deported Roma Since the beginning of the year, more than 8,000 Roma people from Romania and Bulgaria have been deported from France, accepting repatriation and a payment of EUR 300 for each adult person and EUR 100 for each child.
