The newspapers today lead with elections-related stories and those that deal with Kosovo and the SAA signing. ALO—"Drowned because of ball", is about the tragic death of a 15-year-old who jumped into a stream to fetch his football. Press: Elections, SAA, Kosovo "DSS and DS make deals again", campaign speculation continues. Jat Airways pilots, unhappy with their salaries, announce, "Raise, or strike!" "Djokovic and Nadal, casino double", the tabloid claims that the world tennis number two and three spent the night gambling, ahead of the start of the Monte Carlo tournament. BORBA—"Belgrade, too, has say", is about the Dutch delegation's visit to Belgrade, and the issue of the SAA signing. "Fiat wants Zastava", reports about an Italian delegation headed for the Kragujevac-based carmaker. BLIC—"Kostunica and Nikolic can't do without Dacic", the paper says on its front page, and explains that a SRS-DSS post-election coalition will only be possible with the participation of the Socialists (SPS). A far right-wingers' gathering in Nis is reported under, "Neo-Nazis from around Serbia have picnic". Those shopping for a new home are facing fresh hurdles, another article explains: "Subsidized house loans halted". VECERNJE NOVOSTI—Another paper announces the Fiat delegation's arrival, and reminds that Zastava and the Italian manufacturer cooperated decades ago: "Return of 'Fica'". Bosnia's notorious wartime El Mujaheed wartime leader Abu Hamza is interviewed under, "Always defending Islam". GAZETA—"Nazis in Nis celebrate Hitler's birthday," more on the controversial gathering; the report adds that local MUP arrested 24 participants. "Dinkic's egg hardest", is apparently the result of the tabloid's Easter egg competition. Politicians and celebrities did not take part; rather, their pictures were glued onto the competing eggs. GLAS JAVNOSTI—"Barrel at USD 117, new price to reach USD 125", the front page says. "Serbs refuse Kosovo passports", another article informs. "HDZ authors for Serb textbooks", the director of a state institution in charge of publishing schoolbooks Rados Ljusic accuses. DANAS—The deputy premier and high DS official has the latest on the SAA signing saga: "Djelic: SAA signing before elections unlikely". "Berlin supports free visas", another DS official, Speaker Oliver Dulic, is on the front page. The race for the next mayor of Belgrade is reported under, "Popular personalities instead of programs". KURUR—"Ceda prime minister", the tabloid claims that LDP leader Cedomir Jovanovic will ask from Boris Tadic's Democrats (DS) "all the DSS had in the previous government", if he is to support them after the elections. "Policemen's victims", says that the Rad FK supporters, arrested for hooliganism recently in Pirot, did not have an easy time of it at a local police station. POLITIKA—"Cooperation with DSS only at local level", Mladjan Dinkic, G17 Plus, is interviewed – more here. Faktor Plus agency conducted a poll, about which the newspaper reports under, "Three needed for government". PRESS—"Kid stole RSD 4mn!", says that a 16-year-old in Nis robbed several jewelry shops in one night.
