Today's editions of the Belgrade dailies focus on New Year celebrations in Belgrade and elsewhere around the world. Also in the spotlight is election speculation, and President Boris Tadic's visit to the Ground Safety Zone in the south of the country. Press: New Year celebrations; electioneering BLIC - Finance Minister Mirko Cvetkovic says that “Electricity going up five percent”. The New Year celebrations are covered in “Celebrations to smell of gunpowder and cooked rakija”.
