Niš shooting victim post mortem today

Investigative Judge of the Niš Municipal Court, Saša Bošković, is expected to report the details of the post mortem today.

The police, while in pursuit of a vehicle, came across a group of men in which Albijanić was present.

He started to run from police, after which a shot was heard. Albijanić was found dead, though police claim not to have fired at him.

Albijanić’s bag was found next to him, as well as an unregistered hand gun. The forensic investigation underway should determine whether the gun was the one which killed Albijanić.

Both his pistol and those belonging to officers at the scene are being analyzed.

According to the judge, the case is very complicated and will take time to uncover all of the facts needed to confirm the circumstances of Albijanić’s death.
