Elfeta Veseli has been detained in Switzerland on a request sent by the Prosecution of Bosnia-Herzegovina, reports said on Thursday.

Woman arrested for brutal wartime murder of boy in Bosnia
The murder, that took place in Kamenica, near Zvornik, was carried out "in an exceptionally cruel manner" using "a melee weapon."In its report, the Fena agency identified the victim as 12-year-old Slobodan Stojanovic.
The Prosecution of Bosnia-Herzegovina said it carried out a comprehensive investigation during which evidence was collected to incriminate the suspect, and determine that she has been residing in Switzerland for a long period of time.
After this, procedures were launched in order to have Veseli arrested and extradited to Bosnia-Herzegovina.
The Prosecution said it learned that the suspect refused to be extradite voluntarily under the expedited procedure. Therefore, a statement concluded, "activities will be launched in the coming period to extradite the suspect and deport her to Bosnia-Herzegovina, where she will stand trial."
According to a statement issued by the Prosecution of Bosnia-Herzegovina in August 2015, Veseli has been charged with the criminal offense of war crime against civilians as part of the war crimes indictment raised against wartime commander of Muslim forces in eastern Bosnia Naser Oric.
