NATO flag at entrance to Montenegrin town set on fire

The flag was displayed along with those of Montenegro and the EU after Montenegro was last week invited to join the military alliance.

Leader of the Movement for Neutrality Marko Milacic posted on Facebook that that the NATO flag was "gone," and also published a video on YouTube showing the flag on fire.

"After the authorities in the capital Cetinje, in an unprecedented demonstration of servility and trampling on Montenegro's traditions, on the occasion of receiving the NATO invitation, removed the krstas flag (historical Montenegrin military flag) and displayed the NATO flag, free citizens took the matter into their own hands. As of last night, the NATO flag is gone," Milacic wrote.
