Croatian FM to attend SE Europe-China summit in Belgrade

Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Vesna Pusic will next week take part in the summit of China and 16 countries of central and eastern Europe.

Croatian FM to attend SE Europe-China summit in Belgrade

Pusic's ministry confirmed this on Wednesday with a message posted on its Twitter account.

Previously, Croatian Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic said he would miss the gathering because of Vojislav Seselj.

He accused the Serbian authorities of not "officially distancing themselves" from "warmongering and greater-Serbia statements" made by the leader of the Radicals (SRS).

It was at the time announced that Croatian Minister of Maritime Affairs, Transport and Infrastructure Sinisa Hajdas Doncic would travel to Belgrade instead of Milanovic.
