PODGORICA Montenegrin opposition has announced that it will not allow that parliament’s constitutive session on November 6 begin with the national anthem. The Democratic Front coalition has said that the national anthem will not be played at the parliament session because the chairman, Jelisava Kalezic of the newly formed party Positive Montenegro, “will not allow it”, Podgorica-based daily Dan writes.
