The European Commission (EC) adopted a spring report on Montenegro's progress in the implementation of reforms on Tuesday. It it, the EC recommends opening accession talks with the country. EU foreign ministers will discuss the EC's Spring Report on June 26, whereas the European Council will discuss the document on June 29. The report concludes that Podgorica has successfully addressed the key priorities set out in 2010 by the EU as a prerequisite to opening accession negotiations, the Radio Television of Montenegro reported.
