A snowstorm has literally paralyzed Montenegro and blocked all traffic, separating the north from the south and causing great problems in electricity supply. The Montenegrin government has therefore declared the state of emergency. Zabljak has reached two meters on Sunday, while snow in Podgorica is some 57 centimeters deep, despite the fact that the capital has a reputation as a city where snow had not fallen for years now. Montenegrin Prime Minister Igor Luksic, MPs but also Buducnost fans helped the city authorities to clean the snow from the streets of Podgorica on Sunday.
