Montenegro adopts platform for extradition talks According to Radovic, the agreement with Croatia is a brand new one, while the one with Serbia is an old agreement that needs updating. The agreements should be based on the European Convention on Extradition, with particular focus on native citizens being extradited on charges of organized crime and corruption, Radovic noted. Montenegro would advocate identical agreements with both countries, said the minister. The starting views in the negotiations with Croatia are identical on both sides, while Serbia has put forth some ideas that are unacceptable to Montenegro, Radovic stated.
