Former RS soldiers convicted of war crimes
Former members of the Republic of Srpska military Miladin Trivić and Slobodan Bajić were convicted of war crimes and sentenced.

Former members of the Republic of Srpska military Miladin Trivic and Slobodan Bajic were convicted of war crimes and sentenced. According to the verdict of the Banja Luka District Court, Trivic and Sinisa Milojcic, who is a fugitive, violated rules of the international law of armed conflict, acted inhumanely towards civilians, abused them physically and raped two individuals. Former RS soldiers convicted of war crimes Trivic and Bajic, as well as Milojcic, were accused of violating rules of the international law of armed conflict, acted inhumanely towards civilians, raping one person and killing another. The three entered the come of Safet Heldic in Banja Luka on June 5, 1993, late at night and armed with rifles. They then physically abused him and his whole family, torturing, beating and abusing them.
