The leaders of Bosnia-Hercegovina's ruling parties—the SNSD, the HDZ and the SDA—have agreed to launch an initiative for constitutional change. The three party leaders—Milorad Dodik, Dragan Covic and Sulejman Tihic—have met in Sarajevo to discuss the need for constitutional reform, and agreed that their respective parliamentary factions should engage other parties in the Bosnian parliament in launching the initiative.
