Ljubljana police say they have charged three Kosovo Albanians with human trafficking. According to a statement, Ljubljana police have been tracking the three suspects since December 2007, after receiving information from their colleagues in Maribor and Krsko. Kosovo Albanians charged with human trafficking It has been established that the three men belonged to a criminal network whose line of business was trafficking people from Kosovo to Western Europe. Other members of the network were arrested in January. Members of the gang charged EUR 700 per person, and so far police have gathered information about 20 individuals smuggled from Kosovo. The suspects have been placed in police custody.
