In the northern part of Kosovska Mitrovica, a rally was held at the Monument to Prince Lazar. The President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, will address the public tonight at 9:00 p.m. regarding the latest developments and moves by Pristina.A group of police officers symbolically took off their uniforms. Prime Minister Ana Brnabić says that the Serbs are backed into a corner, and they only want the implementation of the signed agreements. He says that they will have the support of the Government of Serbia.
The president of the Serb List, Goran Rakić, pointed out that the Serbs are leaving all political institutions - the assembly and the government of the interim administration in Pristina, as well as the four municipalities in the north of the Republic of Kosovo and the judicial authorities, the police and the administration.
As they announced after the meeting, the decisions remain in force until Pristina begins to respect agreements and international public law, i.e. until it withdraws the unilateral decision on the re-registration of license plates and formation of the Community of Serbian Municipalities.
