Earlier, the president attended the opening of the Second Forum Belt and Road to which he was invited by Xi.Speakers at the opening of this significant gathering, which brought together the top representatives from around 40 countries, included Xi and Putin, as well as Kazakhstan's first President Nursultan Nazarbayev, Indonesia's President Joko Widodo, and UN Secretary-General Antonio Gutereš spoke.
