On the eve of the upcoming Serbian-Albanian meeting in Berlin on April 29, Gazeta Express says a proposal will be made that will not be in favor of Pristina.

"Berlin has proposal that's not to Pristina's advantage"
A source from the German government is quoted as saying that the goal of Merkel and Macron is stability in the region, with a focus on the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina. "Stability and positive developments in the region are of great importance for the chancellor and the president. Their goal is to talk with the guests about the particular challenges that the region faces, focusing on relations between Kosovo and Serbia," the newspaper said, citing an unnamed spokesman of the German government.The daily added that any topics that could find their way to the table in Berlin would represent "a new framework agreement" - however, the report does not specify what was in in the "old framework agreement" - one that Belgrade and Pristina representatives, but also the international community, claimed still does not exist.
Although Ramush Haradinaj earlier announced that he would invite Hashim Thaci to reconcile their positions ahead of the meeting in Berlin, the newspaper notes that representatives of Pristina institutions are going there without harmonizing their stances.
When it comes to the upcoming meeting in Berlin, Thaci and Haradinaj spoke more about speedier EU visa liberalization for Kosovo, while the Serbian president said that he did not expect anything from the meeting.
