"I call on President Vucic to change his stance toward Montenegro and North Macedonia and show them that friendship with Serbia must be earned," Vulin said, according to a press release quoted by Tanjug on Wednesday.

He further states that "Montenegro and North Macedonia at the Interpol (General) Assembly supported the entry of Kosovo's drug cartels into a police organization. They stood on the side of Kosovo, aware that they were insulting Serbia."

"If they did not have the courage to vote against, they could have abstained and showed that they care about what Serbia thinks and feels," said the defense minister.

"Montenegro and North Macedonia did not vote in favor of Kosovo - they voted against Serbia. Their votes have not changed the decision of the Interpol Assembly, but should change the stance of Serbia towards them. In the governments of Montenegro and North Macedonia President Vucic does not have sincere interlocutors and in them Serbia has no friends," said Vulin.
