"There is border between Serbia and RS... temporarily"

"There is some border there, that is temporary. RS President Milorad Dodik will, together with all of us, make en effort to erase it. That's not nationalism, but European integration," Predrag Markovic said in Banja Luka, addressing a congress of the Socialist Party (SP) of the RS.

According to him, Serbia and the RS are one and the same.

Zarko Obradovic, vice-president the SPS - a party led by Serbia's First Deputy PM and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic - said at the same gathering that economic development and social justice were important for citizens of Serbia and the RS.

Obradovic said that Socialists in Serbia and in the RS have long-standing and rich cooperation, and that their common goal is "better life for citizens, and Serbia and the RS being together."

The congress was also attended by RS President and SNSD party leader Milorad Dodik, Vice President of the DNS Nedeljko Cubrilovic, and President of United Srpska Nenad Stevandic.

In his address, Dodik said that Bosnia-Herzegovina was "not a state, but a territory" while "sovereignty belongs to the entities."

Despite all the problems, the RS remained stable and sustainable, and is the only one in Bosnia-Herzegovina that will be able to function without international interventionism, he said.

"By recognizing Bosnia-Herzegovina foreigners were imposing their will on us, satanizing the Serbs. We must reject the Bosnia-Herzegovina unitarianism, we only agree to an alliance with Serbia," Dodik stressed.
