Belgrade wants "illegal privatizations" in Kosovo revised

Djuric spoke during a debate on the internal dialogue on Kosovo hosted by the Palace of Serbia an said that the privatization of Serbia's property was "contrary to national and international legislation, as well as the international resolutions the international presence in Kosovo has been based on."

He stated that his office had created a database to include all types of state, social and collective property in Kosovo.

"We can present a document for each and every dinar the Serbian state has invested for decades. Given that the principle of ownership carries some weight in the eyes of the international community, we plan to insist on it," Djuric said.

Djuric added that he was convinced that the Serbian national issue could not be addressed properly without Serbia's economic growth.
