Kosovo President Hashim Thaci has once again accused the EU of "lacking unity" in its policy towards Pristina.

Thaci accuses EU of "lacking unity" in Kosovo policy

“I think that the EU should endorse a unified political approach towards Kosovo. How can Europe hope to speak unanimously for more important issues such as Russia or Syria if they cannot agree on small Kosovo," Thaci told the magazine, that described him as "a pro-Western statesman."

The publication further stated that he was elected in 2016 and "continues to pursie an entirely pro-western and pro-European foreign policy, based on cooperation and regional stability also during the dialogue with Belgrade" - Tanjug reported, citing UNMIK's media monitoring, which in turn quoted the Pristina-based Albanian daily Epoka.
