"Two biggest nations in Balkans should build peace"

"If we do not try to do something for the future of Serbia, in a different and better way, we should not do this job."

Speaking of a compromise solution, the Serbian president said there can be "no compromise if one party is satisfied and the other is not."

"I think it's clear to everyone, and I think it's important that we all begin to think differently and set the bar high," Vucic said.

Speaking about the "internal Kosovo dialogue" that he launched recently, Vucic said in a separate interview late on Wednesday that "if the foundation of peace is made between the two biggest nations in the Balkans, Serbs and Albanians, then 80 percent of our political problems will have been solved for the next 100 years."

Vucic also announced he would "attempt to additionally institutionalize the internal dialogue in all forums," starting in September.
