President Aleksandar Vucic has started consultations about the next prime minister with representatives of all electoral lists represented in the Assembly.

President starts consultations about new prime minister

Vucic's next meeting was with the SPS-JS delegation, lead by party leaders Ivica Dacic and Dragan Markovic.

These consultations will continue until the evening on Monday, and on Tuesday.

Speaking in Kranj, Slovenia, on Saturday, Vucic said that he would reveal the name of Serbia's PM-desingate when he returns from Kazahkstan, where he is planned to travel June 8-10.

The president's general secretary, Nikola Selakovic, said on Sunday that the new head of Serbia's government could be known between June 11 and 15.

Previously, Vucic said he had three candidates in mind - one being Ivica Dacic, another "someone from the SNS," and finally, a non-partisan figure.
