Govt. "works to improve position of Serbian workers abroad"
Vulin spoke with Slovak Minister of Labor, Social Affairs and Family Jan Richter and representatives of labor ministries of the Czech Republic, Poland, Romania and Hungary "about the ways for joint action in cases of unlawful treatment of workers coming from the third countries," the government announced on its website. They "agreed to soon sign a protocol on cooperation in the field of labor and employment between Serbian and Slovakian ministries of labor and thus to improve and strengthen the position of our employees who work in Slovakia," Vulin said.
According to him, "a worker who works in the EU, regardless of whether they come from Serbia or any other country, must be protected in the same way, and the Serbian government will fight that that applies to our citizens, too."
