Prime Minister and President-elect Aleksandar Vucic said on Wednesday that he had decided Sinisa Mali will not continue as the mayor of Belgrade.

Vucic says he decided Mali won't be Belgrade mayor

"Mali will not be the mayor again, I have decided that, we have a majority in the city assembly. The comprehensive campaign (against him) is making it impossible for him to work. It was important to present him in the worst possible light," Vucic said.

Mali previously revealed that he will not be the candidate of the ruling SNS in the next elections in Belgrade.
