"China attaches great importance to Sino-Serbian relations"

"On the occasion of the Statehood Day of the Republic of Serbia, allow me on behalf of the Government of the People's Republic of China and in my own name, to send sincere greetings and best wishes to you and to the government of the Republic of Serbia. I wish your country prosperity and development, and the people happiness in life.

At present, relations between China and Serbia are in excellent trend of development and cooperation in all fields constantly deepened.

During the meeting of the leaders of China and CEEC in Riga, we extensively exchanged views on the further improvement of cooperation between China and Serbia and reached a broad consensus.

The Chinese government attaches great importance to Sino-Serbian relations and wishes to work together with the Serbian side in efforts to improve the concrete bilateral cooperation and to continuously enrich the content of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between China and Serbia, bringing the benefit of our peoples."
