Russian President Vladimir Putin has congratulates Serbia's upcoming Statehood Day holiday to his Serbian counterpart Tomislav Nikolic.

Putin congratulates Nikolic Statehood Day, and his birthday
The message, delivered by Russian Ambassador Aleksandr Chepurin, states:"I am convinced that with joint efforts we will ensure further development of the entire complex of bilateral relations in the spirit of strategic partnership for the benefit of the brotherly peoples of our countries, and in the interest of strengthening stability and security on the European continent.
I would also like to congratulate you wholeheartedly your 65th birthday. I sincerely wish you good health, happiness and success, and to all your fellow citizens - peace and prosperity. "
Last week, U.S. President Donald Trump congratulated the February 15 Serbian national holiday to Nikolic, while today similar messages arrived from the president of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, Sultan of Oman Qaboos bin Said al Said, and President of the National Assembly of the Serb Republic Nedeljko Cubrilovic.
