Serbian PM congratulates Germany's new president

"On the occasion of your election of the President of the Federal Republic of Germany, I send you my most sincere congratulations and best wishes for success in the work at the new position. I am convinced that you will remain firmly grounded in the way of success, prosperity and welfare for all citizens of Germany.

I would like to emphasize that the Republic of Serbia highly appreciates the support of the Federal Republic of Germany to our European path, and all the efforts that we invest in the preservation of regional peace and stability as the basic precondition for economic growth and prosperity. Be assured that Serbia will remain a sincere and loyal friend and partner of Germany.

I hope that our good bilateral relations will be followed by better economic ties, and that we will be able to attract more German companies willing to invest in our country, because we create a good business environment, as a result of hard or proper economic reforms that the government of Serbia successfully implemented."
