Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic's recent visit to Russia concerning the upcoming shipment of six MiG-29 jets to Serbia was the crowning achievement of years of building substantive relations, and yet another confirmation that the intensification of bilateral military cooperation is proceeding in the right direction, they noted, said a Serbian Defense Ministry statement.

Djordjevic "thanked Russia for supporting Serbia's foreign policy priorities, noting that no one could dispute Serbia's military neutrality and its balanced, pro-active foreign policy," Tanjug reported, quoting the statement.
