Johnson: UK to monitor work of special court for KLA crimes

"All those guilty of war crimes, on all sides, should be locked up,'' Johnson said, adding that he would say the same in Belgrade, where he will arrive later in the day.

"Cooperating with the special court for war crimes is so important for Kosovo, however difficult this may be," he said, noting that London would be monitoring the work of the court closely.

"Britain wants Kosovo to be a force of peace and stability in the whole Western Balkans, and that must include achieving a normal relationship with Serbia," he said.

Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic will receive Johnson at a working dinner in Belgrade's Bokeljka Villa in the evening.
