Serbian PM, Croatian president have "good conversation"

Announcing the meeting earlier in the day, Vucic noted they would discuss Serbia-Croatia relations, which he said was "very significant."

Ahead of the visit to Mostar, Grabar-Kitarovic urged an easing of tensions because the future of southeastern Europe must be a future of peace and prosperity for all.

Croatian media are reporting that Vucic and Grabar-Kitarovic did not touch on Serbia's EU accession negotiations - i.e., Croatia's blocking of the opening of one of the chapters.

The ten-minute meeting on the sidelines of the 19th International Economic Fair in Mostar focused on "bilateral relations," Croatian agency Hina said, noting that "currently the greatest burden" in those relations was Zagreb's decision not to allow the opening of Chapter 23.
