Chepurin "presented Vucic a positive development in connection with the idea of duty-free export of Fiat vehicles produced in Serbia on the market of the Eurasian Economic Union," the government's website said, and added:"A proposal to initiate the process of unification of the trade regime between the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and Serbia was accepted yesterday, which should be finally adopted in May this year, allowing the operation of the working groups of Serbia and the Union regarding Fiat and other points of mutual trade."
Vucic and Chepurin concluded that Air Serbia's direct Belgrade-St. Petersburg flights, set to launch on June 18, "will mean a lot in strengthening the ties and cooperation between the two countries, especially in trade and tourism."
