PM says Serbia is "militarily neutral, loves itself"
Vucic then "stressed that Serbia will remain militarily neutral," Tanjug reported. He added that the country' policy is "clear and unequivocal, it is on the European road but wants to have very good cooperation with the Russian Federation."Vucic made the comments in the village of Kusiljevo, where a contract was signed to revamp the local infirmary. The agency reported that "a nationwide scheme aimed at reconstructing schools and health care centers was launched in Svilajnac today," and quoted the prime minister assaying the government will renovate schools and hospitals where needed, "regardless of political structures of local governments."
“We will invest where there is a need for that. We will not have in mind 'political profiteering',” the prime minister said in Kusiljevo, where the work on the infirmary should be completed by mid-April.
According to him, "everyone in Serbia knows everything, about NATO, about Russia, about Europe, about all the grand topics" - while he and his government were "making an effort, which this action confirms, to deal with essential everyday things - and that is important to citizens."
"It's not by chance that I said I wish to visit every bathroom in our schools and health care centers, as I know our children and our elderly are using them," said Vucic.
