Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic has arrived in Argentina on a working visit and will attend the inauguration of President Mauricio Macri.

Nikolic arrives in Argentina to attend Macri's inauguration

Macri thanked him for Serbia's support for Argentina in the UN, noting that Argentina will continue to back Serbia the way it did at the UNESCO General Conference meeting.

The two presidents agreed to work on boosting the already good relations between the two countries, the statement also said.

Nikolic was the only one invited by the president of Argentina to meet with him one day before the swearing-in ceremony, the statement also said.
