Belgrade wants to reestablish flights to Pristina

Djuric clarified that his statement today came in reaction to media speculation in Pristina about "Serbia's moves related to the issue of control over lower airspace."

"The issue of control over lower airspace is a status issue that concerns the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our country, in connection with which the position of Serbia is defined by the Constitution, laws and other national and international regulations," he said.

Djuric said that the question of establishing flights between Belgrade and Pristina was "primarily a commercial issue that can be solved in dialogue."

Beta quoted him as saying that "Serbia has continuously advocated the resolution of all contentious issues in relations with Kosovo through dialogue and by refraining from unilateral moves."
