Pristina: If unconstitutional, agreement should be changed

"Regardless of the obstacles that Serbia put before Kosovo over UNESCO membership, the dialogue for the normalization of relations should be continued," Tahiri said.

She described those advocating an end to the talks as "voices that are not deeply considered" and pointed out such a move would be "damaging for Kosovo."

Tahiri also said that if Kosovo's Constitutional Court found that the part of the Brussels agreement on the formation of the Community of Serbian Municipalities was not constitutional, "this agreement will once again be the subject of the dialogue."

Tahiri believes that "Serbia's behavior has jeopardized the dialogue in Brussels," and added that "the EU is the one who should solve it."
