Serbia sends protest note in wake of attack on Vucic

The note said that Vucic, with his presence, "showed readiness to bow before the Srebrenica victims and move forward in relations in the region, which we expect from other countries as well," and added that Belgrade "expected officials of Bosnia-Herzegovina to condemn in the strongest terms the attempted murder of the president of the government of the Republic of Serbia."

Bosnian Foreign Minister Igor Crnadak, to whom the note was delivered, "condemned in the strongest terms the attack," the Serbian MFA said on its website.

It added Bosnian authorities are expected to find those who attacked Vucic and punish them, and inform Serbia about the outcome of the process.
