Vucic: Good relations guarantee peace

"Serbia wants good relations and better communication with Albania, development of infrastructure projects, construction of highways and rail lines," Vucic said.

In the political sense, the visit to Tirana is very important for the overall stability in the Balkans, he said.

“Good relations between Serbia and Albania guarantee peace in the Western Balkans to a great extent, and I think that Serbia gains the most from stability and therefore we find stable relations with Albania very important,” Vucic underlined.

“The stability in the Balkans means that Serbia cannot view 'Greater Albania' or 'a greater any other country' as ideas of the future. The European order stipulates that borders must not be changed and Serbia will adhere to that strictly,” the prime minister said.
