China and Serbia "confirm friendship through economy"

He "underlined that this year Serbia will be ready for the beginning of works on the fast-track railway Belgrade-Budapest because the feasibility study and the design will be ready on time, and called on Chinese businessmen to continue to take part in the construction of roads and railways across Serbia."

Manchang said that companies from China are "very interested in cooperation and investment," and singled out the example of the Chinese province of Hebei, "whose leadership, after visiting Belgrade, showed interest in participating in the implementation of a number of projects in the capital and in potential investments in the automotive industry."
