Thaci told that "someone else secured majority"

According to Albanian language daily Koha Ditore, published in Priština, "European diplomats" believe the DPK's position was "very detrimental to Kosovo in the long term."

They also reportedly reiterated that the EU decided "not to interfere in Kosovo's internal affairs," as it should "find its own way out of the post-election situation."

According to the daily, the unnamed EU sources also said it was "up to the political structures in Kosovo to form institutions."

However, they also sent a message to Thaci that although his party received the most votes in elections, "somebody else has secured a majority in the assembly," and that "there can only be one, not two majorities in parliament."
