Dačić "highly likely to join new government"

Đukić-Dejanović, who is also a member of that cabinet, added that "discussions that will take place in the coming days" between Dačić and future Prime Minister Aleksandar Vučić will show if any other SPS officials will also become ministers.

"Ivica Dačić is in intensive talks with Aleksandar Vučić and it is very likely that we (SPS) will also participate in the future government. In what way and with what number of ministerial posts, I think that at this point does not matter, what's important is for that government to be an operating team," she was quoted as saying.

Đukić-Dejanović explained that "personnel solutions cannot be spoken about," and that adoption of the Law on Ministries, that should reduce the government to 17 ministries, is pending.

Asked whether the SPS will be destabilized if only Dačić joined the government, Đukić-Dejanović responded by saying that the party was "indestructible."
