BELGRADE The government and the ruling parties are yet to consider the claims of the energy minister that one cabinet member was "working against the state." This was revealed by Prime Minister Ivica Dacic, who on Wednesday, along with Justice Minister Nikola Selakovic, attended a police exercise staged near Belgrade. PM wants coalition to deal with accusations For the first time since Zorana Mihajlovic publicly accused a minister, but refused to name him, the public was given the opportunity to ask the prime minister about the controversy. Although there was been talk that the case involved "possibly a serious criminal offense," and Mihajlovic continues to refuse to name any names, the prime minister said that "nervousness should be reduced" - and an answer sought from the leaders of the ruling coalition. However, he "has an idea" that the controversy stemmed from "big government projects" - the biggest of which is the South Stream pipeline. "We should not now talk about these things in such a dramatic way - you know there are many different rumors, problems related to the completion of some major projects that we have. These big jobs are done. The nervousness should be reduced," said Dacic. Nikola Selakovic, meanwhile, expressed his concern, and said he "expected some answers." "What worries me is that this is not openly talked about it," said Selakovic. When asked by a reporter whether he was asking that Mihajlovic, his party colleague from the ranks of the SNS, should name the minister she accused, he said: "I expect she will tell it to those to whom she should." The address for this is not the prime minister - he suggested that the entire ruling coalition should deal with the problem. "I have not been resolving this issue - I have not received any official information from her about it, therefore, there are legal ways to get it all done, there are the heads of the parties that form the governing coalition," said Dacic. On Wednesday morning, Mihajlovic, speaking for TV Pink, once again refused to say which member of the government "worked against its interest." Instead, she was quoted as saying that she was "not someone who should be pronouncing names, whether someone is working or not," and that there were "services that deal with these matters."
