EULEX announced that it could confirm that there were no secret or sealed indictments in the courts in Kosovo. The EULEX spokesman Irina Gudeljevic said that there were no secret or sealed indictments in the courts in Kosovo, because there was no legal basis for that. EULEX: There Are No Secret Indictments August 15, 2013 “Warrants can be issued during the indictment procedure or after raising the indictment, in accordance with the demands of law in Kosovo”, Gudeljevic said. EULEX already announced at the end of July that secret indictments against Serbs did not exist. Director of the Serbian Government’s Office for Kosovo Aleksandar Vulin said on Tuesday that he was requesting that Serbia was delivered the lists of the indicted Serbs in order to know who was indicted for what and create a precondition for establishing peace in Kosovo. /Tanjug, file/ VIP
